What is the standard shipping timeframe?

We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

You can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Simply visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number to generate a prepaid shipping label.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment payments via Klarna and Afterpay.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

At Journee, we are committed to ethical fashion. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or Tencel, and we work exclusively with Fair Trade certified factories.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'Order History' section of your account.
